Individual Therapy –  assessment and treatment sessions are 50 minutes

Length of treatment
Most people generally tend to need between 6 and 20 sessions, depending on the nature and severity of the problem. Extra sessions can easily be negotiated according to your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Please note any cancellations need to be notified within 24 hours, or a 50% charge  will be made.

Venue
I am  based in Southampton but am able to do remote sessions.
